Captains Charity Day.

Format:  Modified Texas Scramble with ‘Littlestone Rules’ - Teams of 4 with everyone teeing off.  The player, whose ball is chosen for the next shot cannot hit the next stroke. That continues until the team holes out.  (i.e. For each hole there are 4 tee shots and 3 attempts at each stroke after that).  The team must use 3 tee shots from each player.

Shotgun Start at 9AM

All profits go to the Captains Charities.

Men play off White Tees, ladies play off Red Tees Scoring Tees = White Tees

Texas Scramble Handicap Allowances:25%/20%/15%/10% from lowest to highest 

Charity Extras: 

To be sold at check-in   1) Mulligans, 2) Free throws from a bunker and 3) Gimmies (within a flag pole distance from the hole)  £10 each or one of each for £20)

To be sold on the course: Beat the Pro to be set up on the 17th.  (£10 each of £20 for the team) 

Food: Optional but with a pre-ordered ‘Special of the Day’ for £15 to come with a free glass of wine (courtesy of the Captain).  To be ordered no later than check-in.  We will encourage people to order specials as the clubhouse will be very busy after the event.    

Raffle: Raffle tickets to be bought at Check-in

Drinks Buggy:  Sean and Bilgi will go around with a drink’s buggy

Entry Price:  £10 for members and £50 for guests with proceeds to go to charity less a prize deduction  [David does this work?]
