Captain to Provide Prizes
GUESTS
Guests may be invited by the Men’s Captain and will be required to pay a £15 Green Fee which includes the entry fee.
HOLE ALLOCATION
Tees will be drawn, and allocated holes will be published on the IG App and on the day. Hole 1 is reserved for the Captain, this may be auctioned off to the highest bidder(s) on the day (if the price is right).
PROCEEDS & PRIZES
Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, 3rd and middle placed individual(s), Nearest the Pin (4th), Longest Drive (10th) and additional bogey prizes. Prizes will be given at the captain’s discretion and cost. All proceeds (including entry fees) will go to CARM & Demelza the Captain’s Charity. Awards will only go to players with a current Handicap Index.
HOLE IN ONE CHALLENGE
A Hole-in-One challenge with a £20,000 main prize will also run during this competition and is open to all entrants for £10, see separate “Hole In One Challenge” advertisement.
RAFFLE
A Raffle will also take place after the event, entrants are kindly requested to assist in this by bringing in an item(s) on the day to raffle off after the round. Tickets will be available on the day.
REFRESHMENTS
A hog roast and refreshments will be available after the event, payable direct to the Clubhouse.
SIGNUP
Signup is via the Warren XIX clubhouse, the IG app or the Pro shop and closes at 12:00 am on WED 08th Jun 22. Late entrants may still be accepted and can be booked in by the XIX Clubhouse only.
REGISTRATION
Registration will be at the XIX Clubhouse ONLY from 07:30am where individual cards will be issued, and all fees are to be paid.
