- Parking– We are asking all patrons to use the Warren car park entrance (this is the first entrance as you enter from the St-Andrews road end). You will be parking in this carpark and once this is full the overflow area on the grass will be used. Access to the overflow is from the Warren carpark and no longer from by the Proshop/clubhouse.
- Registration – As always the registration team will be situated on the bar area of the main clubhouse. Don’t forge some cash for raffles and special competition entries.
- Food – As always, we are providing food as part of your day with us. The timings of this are as follows. If your teetime is BEFORE 1PM you will eat after your round. If your teetime is AFTER 1PM you will eat before your round. You can pick up your food voucher from the registration desk. If anyone has any specific dietary requirements, please let me know. Daily food specials will be available in the bar.
- Competition– Full details of the events on each day will be available at registration. There may be the need to alter some finer details on the day but all competitors will be informed of any changes during registration. There will be nearest the pins and some special Pro challenges during the week, so watch out for those.
- Prize giving – On each day there will be a prize giving after the competition has been finalised. You can view this on facebook live @littlestonegolfclub and all winners will be notified of any prizes they have won. We have some great sponsors this year who have donated prizes.
- Halfway hut – This year see’s the introduction of a very special halfway hut. Our 1930’s military wagon, will be serving a selection of F&B with some very tasty links specials. Please make sure to stop by and have a chat and a brew (or something stronger).
- The Course – The most important bit. Our links is in great condition and this week has seen us add the finishing touches to what is set to be a great test for you all. Pace of play is always an issue with large events, so please ensure you keep a sensible pace of play at all times.
