MEN'S CAPTAIN'S DAY (QUALIFYING)
1. This is a singles Shotgun start Stableford competition open to all Gentlemen members. 5 day members are eligible to play and do not have to pay a Green Fee.
2. Tees will be drawn but the Men's Committee will give consideration where warranted.
3. Guests may be invited by the Men's Captain who will pay a Green Fee.
4. Men will use the White Tees and stroke index.
5. Handicap allowance will be 95% of Course Handicap for the purposes of the competition result. Maximum Playing Handicap 28.
6. All profits (including entry fees) will go to the Captain's Charity.
7. Prizes will be given at the Captain's discretion and cost.
8. Awards will only go to players with a current Handicap Index

COSTS Members (including 5 day) £20 – includes entry into all competitions on the day and food after completion of the round Guests £35 – includes entry into all competitions on the day, food after completion of the round and also a green fee of £15
HOLE ALLOCATION Tees will be drawn, and allocated holes will be published on the day. Hole 1 is reserved for the Captain, this may be auctioned off to the highest bidder(s) on the day (if the price is right).
PROCEEDS & PRIZES Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, 3rd (members) and a guests winner, Nearest the Pin (2nd, 4th, 7th, 9th, 16th), Longest Drive (12th) and Straightest Drive (17th). Prizes will be given at the captain's discretion and cost. All proceeds (including entry fees) will go to Scotty's Little Soldiers the Captain's Charity. Awards will only go to players with a current Handicap Index.
RAFFLE A Raffle will also take place after the event, entrants are kindly requested to assist in this by bringing in an item(s) on the day to raffle off after the round. Tickets will be available on the day.
REFRESHMENTS Food and refreshments will be available after the event, covered in your entry costs.
SIGNUP Signup is via the Warren XIX clubhouse, the IG app, the Pro shop or directly with the Captain and closes at 12:00 am on WED 5th Jun 24. Late entrants may still be accepted and can be booked in by the XIX Clubhouse or the Captain only.
REGISTRATION Registration will be at the XIX Clubhouse ONLY from 07:30am where individual cards will be issued, and all fees are to be paid.
